Substantial restoration of a ground floor period property in North London (Bounds Green), including fitting fireplace and gas fire, repairs to roof and chimney, sanding of floors, moving and replacing radiators, building fitted kitchen, installing new bathroom, floor and wall tiles, constructing real stone patio, erecting shed, trimming trees, outside sink, security light and power supply, installing door canopies, coving to ceilings, painting, wallpapering and decorating. All done to a high standard, on time, professionally; workers were courteous, friendly, clean and punctual; work was done on time and within budget; care was taken at all times, and I was consulted frequently when decisions were needed. Happy.

Kitchen Refurbishment, Freegrove Road, London N7

Dara Builders removed old kitchen and appliances, demolished 2 partition walls and chimney breast. Removed old floor boards, insulated floor and covered with plywood. Installed electric underfloor heating and tiled the floor. Fitted new Magnet Kitchen. Installed spot light and painted newly plastered walls and ceiling.
