ELECTRICAL:

We can fit, repair or replace; light bulbs, sockets, switches, fans, transformers, door bells,

smoke detectors and more.

DECORATING:

Fill-in plaster & wood cracks and holes. Painting and Tiling. Removing wallpaper, General repairs.

Our Handyman rates are £60.00 1^st hour then £40.00 for each hour thereafter.

* One hour minimum charge.

* Fixed labour price on large jobs

* Prices do not include materials and parking, rubbish disposal fees may apply.

All prices quoted above are for work undertaken during business hours of 8.00am. until 5.00pm. Mondays to Fridays. Any other time except Sundays and Bank Holidays the above call-out rates increase by 50%.

Prepayment is not essential, but payment settlement at the end of the call-out is required.
